Teachers Develop and Test Submersible Robots in a Weekend Workshop

Teachers from several Delaware-based schools participated in a weekend workshop organized by the SeaPerch program. The teachers developed and verified around 20 submersible robots to launch the SeaPerch project in local schools.

Gates Corporation Continues Support of FIRST Robotics Competition

The FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) 2011 will be supported by Gates Corporation for the fourth consecutive year. Gates, a Crown Supplier for the FRC, will donate over $500,000 worth of power transmission products to be used by students to design and build robots which are then tested in competitive games.
