Schneider Packaging’s Robotic Palletizers Feature FANUC Robotic Arm

Schneider Packaging Equipment Co., Inc has launched a range of heavy duty robotic palletizers ideal for frozen processing environments involving sub zero temperatures.

These high-end palletizers feature a robot jacket facilitating the distribution of warm air around the incorporated FANUC robotic arm for offering highly competent palletizing in extremely cold temperatures. This severe duty palletizer can handle various types of products, irrespective of their size and weight and features a highly robust unit which can be loaded in any of the configurations including spiral, column, interlocked and brick.

The robotic palletizers for frozen processing environments can be availed in several designs and patterns like 1-in-1-out, dual station 1 or 2-in-2-out, 1 or 3-in-3-out, 1or 4-in-4-out and also in their novel Robox style palletizing system. Every palletizing system can be automated with pallet delivering, product and pallet transport conveyor and slip sheet distribution for offering a fully automated solution.
