The Dansko Distribution center will be employing the mobile-robotic solution from Kiva to take care of filling orders for boots, sandals, healthcare apparel and socks. The orders that the system will take care of will meet shipments for more than 2500 premium retail locations across US and other international locations. The co-founder of Dansko explained that maintaining good relations with their retailers was of utmost importance. He added that the mobile robotic fulfilment solution from Kiva is bound to provide their retailers with accurate and flexible supply of orders. The fulfilment solution employs a number of robotic drives, which transport the inventory from shelves to the workers, thereby, providing easy and quick access to the stock.
