AMA International University (AMAIUB), leading training university in the Gulf Council region, has announced that it has partnered with FESTO, major provider of automation and pneumatic solutions.
This partnership will enable AMAIUB to include new systems, improved methods and innovative technologies in their campus.
FESTO has collaborated with several organizations, universities and firms via their Bionic Learning Network program. The program enables them to identify new ideas and proposals, which go further than the crux automation business and technical education, resulting in product novelty and associated fields.
AMAIUB has obtained new training resources from FESTO’s Robotics and Sensorics, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Pneumatics and Hydraulics Workstations.
Dr. Michael Aloria, Dean of AMAIUB's College of Engineering and Dr. Joseph Valenzuela, Faculty of AMAIUB's College of Engineering undertook an extensive Mechatronics training for one month. The training was organized at the FESTO Didactic Center in the Philippines. The training covered topics from Advanced Fluid Simulations and Robotics and Automation and Process Control.
