Motor Controls, Inc. (MCI) offers customers complete system and control solutions. We serve OEMs from concept to design, development to manufacturing and provide continuing technical support to meet their exact needs. Addressing applications in a broad range of industries, our in-house engineers work closely with customers to translate their stated needs and specifications into control systems that drive processes and machinery precisely as required.
Established in 1980, MCI has placed controls systems throughout the United States and around the world, increasing our capabilities to deliver quality products to our customers. Because quality is our top priority, we are certified to ISO 9001:2008. We design and manufacture to UL508a, 698A, 778, 1640, 50, 891 and CSA standards. In our 125,000 Square-foot facility located in Dallas, Texas, MCI operates as one of the largest and the most vertically integrated control builders in North America. These extensive in-house capabilities allow MCI to meet the most demanding requirements of design, quality, delivery, and price.
Some of the products and services that are unique to MCI include the in-house design and manufacture of UL listed enclosures, cabinets, skids, Pumping Systems and racks. Our coating department includes a fully automated powder coat line and a batch powder shop capable of handling cabinets, piping and racks up to 20 feet in length. For wet paint specifications, we operate a complete wet paint facility. Additionally, the MCI graphics shop includes overlay design printing and laminating. In graphics, we also provide permanent deep cut industrial engraving directly on enclosures. Silk screen, laser engraving, and a variety of printing services are also available in the MCI graphics shop. These products and services coupled with our modern 25,000 square-foot control wiring shop provide our customers with the capacity and ability to efficiently handle their most demanding requirements.
The services available to MCI customers extend beyond the shop floor. Our electrical design/engineering and mechanical engineering departments work hand in hand to design products to exact customer specifications.
