The showcase will feature the Flexion N2 6-Axis robot and the new T3 All-in-One SCARA robot, as well other high-precision robots used for tiny parts assembly; applicable for industries ranging from medical and automotive development, to lab automation, electronic components, consumer electronics and industrial.

Epson will also lead a discussion on how to begin with automation.

Showcase

The new T3 All-in-One SCARA robot is available with an inbuilt controller - a new technology feature, capable of reducing space requirements and simplifying setup at an ultra-low cost. It provides an easy-to-install and fast integration solution, ideal for simple applications such as assembly, pick and place, parts handling and dispensing. It is suitable for customers desiring to automate their factory without wasting money or time on complex slide-based solutions.

The Flexion N2 6-Axis space-saving robot features the world's very first compact folding arm design, which decreases necessary workspace by up to 40%, as opposed to standard 6-Axis robots similar in payload capability and size. It is capable of meeting the increasingly great demands for precise placement and efficient movement and offers a tight-space motion capability for applications in innovative manufacturing that require smaller robots and workcells.

The G6 SCARA robot provides fast cycle times, ideal for applications that need high precision and/or high speed. It is available with a high-rigidity arm design, which enables decreasing vibration and delivers high precision and fast speeds without overshoot or ringing. The Max-E envelope design delivers maximum motion range, permitting the robot to perform jobs that usually need much bigger arms. The smaller footprint translates to less factory space necessities and lower overall factory costs, helping manufacturers to remain competitive.

The C8 6-Axis offers high performance in a slimline design. C8 robots are compact, yet powerful, with fast cycle times and high repeatability. They are perfect for demanding applications where 6-Axis dexterity is required. Available with a compact wrist for effective motion in tight spaces, a compact elbow for optimum workcell layout, and a long arm for better reach, these robots comprise of a wide range of motion, allowing accessing of parts from almost any angle.
