Kratos DRSS Division Receives Task Order for Ballistic Missile Defense Programs

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc., a leading National Security Solutions provider, announced today that its Defense & Rocket Support Services (DRSS) Division has recently received a Task Order under the Theoretical Research & Engineering Research contract with a total potential value of $12.02 million related to certain Ballistic Missile Defense and scientific research programs.

Kratos received $6.38 million in funding under this award, with three options for an additional $5.64 million. Kratos’ DRSS Division supports leading technology strategic defense programs and initiatives, including ballistic missile defense, hypersonic vehicles, directed energy systems and the electromagnetic railgun. Due to customer related and other considerations, no additional information will be provided related to these recent awards.
