Media Cybernetics Introduces AutoQuant X2.2.1 Image Deconvolution Software

Media Cybernetics, a manufacturer of image analysis software, has introduced the new AutoQuant image deconvolution and 5D visualization software that is supported by the Windows 7 operating system.

AutoQuant X2.2.1 software

The AutoQuant X2.2.1 software has enhanced the file format handling capabilities to enable convenient functioning with the original images.

The software has the potential to store ND2 files, and has the capability to play via LIF time lapse files. It also features precise time data in the OIF file reader. The software incorporates high-quality image deconvolution software. Users can regain data from the images by utilizing the complete set of 3D and 2D algorithms. The suite of algorithms includes Blind and Fixed Deconvolution algorithms that are constrained and iterative. The Blind algorithm features a time-saving option that obtains point spread functions without obtaining bead images. The enhanced version X2.2.1 software has also resulted in a confocal algorithm that is tuned for images where over-sampling or Nyquist sampling is used.

AutoQuant also incorporates 5D visualization tools that visualize large image stacks. The 5D viewer enables users to bring complicated datasets to life.
