Savant Systems®, LLC, a leader in smart home technology, has announced that the company’s newest smart home line, Smart Series, has been selected by Lennar for Landmark, an 1800 unit community in Doral, Florida.
Being constructed in three phases, Landmark’s first phase features 750 contemporary townhomes. Lennar Corporation, founded in 1954 and headquartered in Miami, is one of the nation’s leading builders of homes for almost any lifestyle.
Savant's award-winning technology is the center of the smart home, enabling customers to monitor security systems, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, security camera remote access, lighting, smart thermostats, energy monitoring and complete management of media and entertainment equipment, all from a single intuitive app. Within the Landmark units, Savant’s Smart Series technology will be controlling entertainment, lighting and thermostats with further upgrades available to the homeowner.
