Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc., a leading National Security Solutions provider, announced today that its Composite Engineering, Inc. (CEI) subsidiary has received a $1.9 million single award contract from S&K Aerospace, LLC (www.ska-llc.com) to provide unmanned aerial target systems in support of the PROS IV (Parts and Repair Ordering System) Program.

PROS IV (www.prosiv.com) provides Tri-Service support to Air Force, Army and Navy Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers in over 90 countries and is overseen by the Air Force Security Assistance Center of the United States Air Force. Specialized hardware and equipment in support of the contract will be manufactured at several secure Kratos facilities across the country.

Unmanned aerial target drone systems are utilized as high fidelity enemy threat surrogates, simulating performance characteristics of the threat aircraft and missiles, by militaries around the globe for weapons testing and training requirements.

Wayne Armstrong, Sr. Vice President and General Manager of CEI, said, "Providing target drones to S&K Aerospace in support of the United States Foreign Military Sales Program marks another milestone in CEI's expanding access to international markets. We are honored to provide allied nations the systems they need to ensure their armed forces receive unparalleled training opportunities."
