Enviro Voraxial Technology (EVTN) has declared that it has received a procurement order from a major oil company located in South America for the Voraxial 4000 Separator System.
This automated system can handle 25,000 barrels of wastewater per day. The delivery is scheduled to take place in the first quarter of next year and this preliminary sale has opened up the possibility of several similar orders in the upcoming years.
The automated Voraxial 4000 Separator System has three Voraxial Separators, analyzers, flow meters and turbidity meters. The Voraxial Separators include single Voraxial 2000 and two Voraxial 4000 models. After completing the preliminary separation, the Voraxial 2000 Separator enables further concentration of solids, enabling their clients to cope with the desired requirements of re-infusing the water utilized in water floods. Other features include competent separation without demanding a pressure drop, reduced acquirement, installation and service cost overheads and simple operation.
The parallel flow automated system is highly compact and can handle several types of fluids assuring reduced treatment cost and enhanced separation ability. Voraxial offers a highly economical method of effectively separating bulk quantities of both solids and liquids of various specific gravities. It requires minimum energy and space to perform the separation process.
EVTN is not only receiving orders from oil and gas segments, but also from other market segments like oil spill, production and mining industries. John A. DiBella, COO of EVTN, has stated that they are receiving several client enquiries, in particular, from the oil and gas segment. He added that the South American Oil Company has showed interest to include Voraxial at its other similar production plants.
