Trapollo, one of the nation's most respected remote healthcare service providers offering a complete portfolio of services singularly focused on large scale remote health monitoring programs, recently moved into a state-of-the-art facility just inside the Dulles Corridor in Sterling, VA.
The new headquarters will serve as a centralized location for the company's customer service and technical support call centers, as well as integration, distribution and logistics service center. The new Trapollo headquarters is located on Eaglewood Court, just minutes from Dulles International Airport, one of the world's busiest airports. The close proximity to IAD helps enable rapid delivery of Trapollo remote monitoring systems nationwide.
By combining all business units in one building, Trapollo can more efficiently manage their clients' remote monitoring programs. "The combination of project management, customer service, technical support, warehouse and distribution operations working together under one roof creates a team environment, which is important to the overall success of a company and our clients' programs," said Todd Leto , President and CEO of Trapollo LLC, "Teamwork is essential to the Trapollo corporate culture. We envision our role as providing a well-oiled machine for our clients so they can focus on providing better quality of care, while we take care of the rest. Working as one team with one goal in the same facility ensures our quality of service to our current and future clients."
Trapollo will be applying for their ISO certification in the first half of 2013, this paired with their commitment to providing services exclusive to Remote Health Monitoring, showcases Trapollo's allegiance to the remote healthcare marketplace and the future of telemedicine as a whole. The new location will house executive leadership, customer and technical support teams, project management office, integration distribution and logistics operations.
