MISUMI USA, a leading supplier of components used in a diverse range of industries including automotive, electric, semiconductor, medical and packaging supplying fixed and configurable components for all types of motion control, assembly and related factory automation devices, declared that it will showcase its recent automation products at the Design & Manufacturing Midwest Expo 2010 in booth number 2817, which is to be held in Rosemont, IL during September 28-30.
The new products to be demonstrated by the company include Reverse Parallel Motor (Motor Wrap) presently part obtainable of the LX linear actuator series of linear actuators, automotive style locating pins and holders, air control module, flexible height floor stoppers, flanged bullet nose pins, on-off switchable magnet blocks comprising Three sided attraction, factory frame joints in five fresh designs and the GT series of timing belts and pulleys. A major feature of MISUMI’s products is their easy design and can be transferred to CAD files.
MISUMI will conduct “Go Configure,” a competition jointly sponsored by Design World Magazine. Ballots for the contest can be availed in the magazine’s show issue and also in the booths of MISUMI USA and Design World. The show will also feature a free “Configurable Component Technical Seminar” for machine, equipment and assembly system engineers to spell out the benefits of configurable components and the role of web ordering system (WOS). On registration, the visitors can also avail the latest catalog containing more than one million automation products of the company. In addition to these activities, daily draws and prizes will also be a part of the expo.
