ProPhotonix, a producer and innovator of LED Illumination Systems and laser diode modules, declared that it has added three new distribution partners in Europe, the U.S., and Asia.
The sales operations of the company’s machine vision illumination solutions will therefore be expanded internationally. These agreements were established based on the company’s powerful influence within the machine vision markets of Europe, North America and its emerging foothold in the Far East.
Machine Vision systems allow inspection of products all through the production process, through which manufacturers can be assured that their products match with their intended design specifications.
The three new distribution partners of ProPhotonix are:
- Munich-based NexLase, a German distributor of ProPhotonix’s Machine Vision illumination products. Since 2005, NexLase has been efficiently distributing laser and other application- specific components such as optics and laser safety devices.
- Taiwan-based Nevis, a full-service engineering and technology supplier that provides customized turnkey solutions. ProPhotonix’s laser and LED illumination products will be integrated with Nevis, supporting end-user applications.
- Chelmsford-based Saber1, a one-stop shop for customers requiring source vision components such as frame grabbers, software, cameras, and other quality components produced by global manufacturers.
According to the Chairman and CEO of ProPhotonix, Mark W. Blodgett, ProPhotonix is well-established in designing and creating laser modules and LED systems for the machine vision illumination markets of Taiwan, Germany, and the US. Addition of business partners will further complement the company in achieving market share and rapid development.
