Boomerang Systems, an innovator and producer of automated robotic parking and self storage systems, recently declared that it has achieved a supply contract for its innovative RoboticValet Parking System in a U.S. west coast’s multifamily residential project.
Located in New York City, Paramount Group is a private company with excellent expertise in all the categories in real estate. Paramount was founded in 1968 and includes 13 M sq.ft., of Class A space in the major cities of U.S.
Based on Boomerang's RoboticValet system, the Paramount project focuses on underground construction of a 256 space fully-automated robotic parking garage. Boomerang's solution-based parking garage construction requires only a small space compared to that needed for constructing conventional self-park ramp garage, thereby expediting the construction timeline with reduced excavation volume. Boomerang’s solution brings overall improvement in the project’s cost-efficiency.
According to Boomerang Systems’ CEO, Mark Patterson, collaboration with Paramount on this project will enable the company to have more contracted projects from the west coast. By establishing a partnership with renowned and expertise real estate firm like Paramount Group, Boomerang can be assured of improving the developer's margins, company’s position in the market and distribution of automated parking solutions to its end-users.
Boomerang Systems is based in Florham Park, NJ, and has design, research, testing and production facilities in Logan, UT. The company intends designing, engineering, producing, deploying and commercializing its proprietary array of fully automated self-storage systems and fully automated parking systems.
