Adept Technology, a supplier of autonomous mobile solutions and intelligent robots declared that it will exhibit its range of simplified solutions this week at the INDUSTRIE Paris 2012 show in Paris, France at the Paris Nord Villepinte.
This event functions as an innovative platform for the visitors to communicate with companies developing in energy, aeronautical, automotive, and medical scenario.
Adept Technology’s Adept Quattro s650 robot, the fastest industrial robot will be displayed at the show. The ultra-compact controls and embedded amplifiers power the Adept Quattro parallel robot. This will lead to a better footprint with reduction in cycle times. The Quattro robot includes a USDA-approved version applicable for meat and poultry processing. It comes with a 650 or 800 mm reach.
At INDUSTRIE Paris 2012 show in Paris, Adept will display its innovative solutions, thereby benefiting those in need of novel methods for feed parts in a production line. The Adept ApproFlex 800 is a flexible feeding cell capable of direct application. An object can be identified, located, selected and positioned within a precision and defined location with the help of ApproFlex. It therefore serves as an ideal solution for sorting, testing, positioning, loading, and unloading applications.
The Adept MT400 is influenced by Adept Motivity, through which the robot can adapt natural feature navigation to move across the show area. The installation of Adept Motivity-based mobile robots takes place in the following steps:
Initially, a map is created by using joystick control to activate navigation of the Adept Mobile Robot around the work area; a MobilePlanner is used to annotate the map with driving behaviors, do-not-go zones and tagged locations; a predetermined path plan is optimized , followed by scheduling of the activity by adding call buttons or calendar.
