The recent launch of AutoVISION software is incorporated with extensive upgraded features such as a web-based HMI terminal window, and accelerated OCR and Locate Tools. The scalable platform can be transformed to PC-based cameras such as GigE that facilitates operation in AutoVISION, followed by its transmission to a PC-based solution. Furthermore, with the introduction of the new AutoVISION 1.1, the functionality of OCR library will be improved, in addition to supporting 64-bit Windows 7 and serial match code input through Ethernet or serial port.
The compact vision HAWK and Vision MINI smart cameras has been provided with new hardware updates that further improves the AutoVISION family’s wide range of applications. Applications entailing flexible external lens and lighting can be performed by C-mount Vision HAWK configuration. The industrial smart camera resembles the integrated model in its rugged design appearance. Its industrial methods are devised to execute an extensive series of applications.
The new WVGA Vision MINI smart camera has been provided with a global shutter that enables high speed operations. Recognized for its compact, fully- integrated vision system, the Vision MINI serves to the appropriate solution of choice for space-constrained production lines or embedded applications. Microscan’s intuitive AutoVISION software and the next generation Visionscape software can be utilized by both Vision HAWK and the Vision MINI cameras.
