Nordson will be participating at the NAI Coatings show and displaying its latest products, Encore LT and Encore Modular Control System.
The NAI show is scheduled to be held from October 4 to 6, 2011 in Ohio. The Encore Manual spray gun will be demonstrated in the active and static modes. The attendees will be able to witness the performance of the Encoremanual gun along with the ultra-compact Econo-Coat spray booth, the combination will prove highly useful in applications such as small scale productions or testing at laboratories. Along with the manual gun, Nordson will be able to see the working of Encore LT digital controller along with the LED displays.
The marketing manager at Nordson pointed out that the Encore gun is light weight in design and is easy to handle for the operators. Some of the other products that Nordson will be displaying are ColorMax-Cube Powder Spray Booth, Prodigy Colour-On-Demand System, Prodigy Manual HDLV System, Triology Electrostatic Spray system. The Encore Gun comes with a bright LED display and an easy to operate design. The control system of the gun is a digital loop that provides accurate, repeatable control for powder applications. With the control system it is possible to exercise electrostatic and pneumatic control. The controller is capable of accommodating a maximum of eight gun controllers at one time. The ColorMax-Cube is used for quickly changing the colour of the feed for the Encore Guns.
The Prodigy High Density Powder, Low velocity Colour-On-Demand system consists of a FANUC Paint Mate Robot equipped with a gun, pump and controller system. There is also a manual version of this system, which would be displayed at the show. The liquid dispensing systems that Nordson will be displaying are the Triology Electrostatic Spray system, Iso-Flow HD voltage block system and RA-20 Rotary Atomizer.
