Xyntek Inc has released a new machine vision solution which includes the Optical Character Verification System (MVX-OCV 5.0) and Audit Message Server (MVX-AMS) for product inspection and compliant lifecycle applications.
Mac Hashemian, Xyntek President, has stated that the latest MVX-OCV 5.0 embraces innovative features like rapidity and consistency for their clients in validating codes like symbols, 2-D matrix codes, foreign language characters and barcodes on samples and finished products. He added that the optical character verification system complies with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
The MVX-OCV 5.0 is developed on the Cognex In-Sight platform for enhanced performance and regulatory conformance. The dual-component solution of Xyntek is highly adaptable. The Graphical User Interface (GUI) is an integral feature of the Cognex In-Sight Explorer (ISE) framework and offers instantaneous interaction with a sensor for sorting and running job files which are indigenously created with the ISE.
The various features offered by MVX-AMS include conformance traceability and history to vision inspection operations within the audit messaging attribute of In-Sight platform. This solution can be incorporated into current plant information systems like ERP, MES and various machine vision hardware and software platforms of Cognex. Also the user interface offered by the MVX-AMS is in read-only mode to explore the data archives for developing reports showcasing the significant data related to definite timeframes, events or sensors in development methods. MVX-AMS can be availed either as ‘one to one sensor to server’ individual system or as a ‘many to one sensor to server’ network system.
