Pacepacker announced that it will exhibit a series of automation devices with swift payback at the PPMA trade show. The company will showcase the FANUC pick and place M-3iA/6A solution and the Blu-Robot palletising solution.
The six axis FANUC M-3iA solution enhances standards in confectionary, dairy, and fresh production sectors. It is suitable for applications that require complex re-orientation and positioning during the pick and place routine.
The FANUC solution picks components, positions and rotates them in an efficient manner. It performs this operation with high repeatability for a sustained period of time. Pacepacker’s Managing Director, Dennis Allison stated that the M-3iA/6A solution has high dexterity and a compact work envelope, in addition to automating assignments.
The company will also showcase a robot palletising solution for cost-conscious manufacturers. The Blu-Robot has an ABB robotic arm that originates from the automotive sector and provides enhanced product quality, waste reduction, and throughput. The Blu-Robot is deployed in various sectors such as ready meal packers and bulk solids and can palletize nets, bales, retail trays, boxes, and sacks.
Pacepacker will also exhibit the total bag control system that closes a maximum of 14 bags per minute. The bag closing system also handles nets, hessian, woven polypropylene, plastic bags, and paper for applications such as animal feed, aggregates, food, and agricultural production.
