PCS Edventures, a leader in the Educational Sector in terms of designing and delivering educational products and services pertaining to Science, Technology Engineering and Mathematics using robotics technology, took a major step towards prominence by announcing its partnership with STEM Academy, a renowned non-profit organization involved in improving STEM literacy in all students.
PCS will be involved in the design and supply of robotic course content and laboratory equipments for STEM Academy students at the 6th and 8th grade levels. It can be accessed through the online learning interface of STEM called LMS. It is a huge repository of learning resources and any desired enrichment in existing data can be communicated to PCS. Training and other required support for the teaching faculties is also provided online. About 700 schools have expressed willingness to join STEM Academy network, which will be established by this Fall.
According to Russ Mickelson, COO of STEM Academy, due to the high standard of the PCS curriculum and also the pliable nature of the programming platform, STEM Academy has selected PCS, a major leader in K-12 robotics educational area, as their partner. Robert Grover, PCS President, represented PCS Edventures in the announcement of its partnership with STEM Academy.
