Stereotaxis Gets Marketing Approval from FDA for Vdrive Robotic Navigation System

Stereotaxis, Inc. announced today that it has received 510(k) clearance by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to market its Vdrive™ Robotic Navigation System with V-Loop™ Variable Loop Catheter Manipulator in the U.S. The Company submitted a 510(k) Premarket Notification for the Vdrive with V-Loop system in March, following completion of a 120-patient, multi-center clinical study.

TDG Announces Acquisition of Denver, Colorado-based Controlled Products Systems Group

The Duchossois Group, Inc. (TDG) announced today that it has acquired Controlled Products Systems Group, Inc. (CPSG), headquartered in Denver, Colorado. CPSG is one of the largest wholesale distributors of perimeter access control solutions in the US, and supplies equipment to authorized dealers from coast to coast, offering the highest quality and most widely recognized brands of access control products available on the market. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Nordson Corporation has acquired Dima Group B.V., a Netherlands based manufacturer of conformal coating, dispensing and surface mount technology (SMT) equipment for the global electronics assembly market. The transaction is not material to Nordson results, and terms of the deal were not disclosed.
