SANOVO ENGINEERING, developer of pasteurization and egg processing systems, has declared the acquisition of Italproject. Italproject offers automation and robotic solutions for packaging industries.

The acquirement of Italproject will help Sanovo to dominate egg industry segment and to widen its existing product portfolio.

With this acquisition, Sanovo will enter the international market of automation and robotics. The company is also looking forward to provide a sophisticated platform for pharmaceutical, egg processing, solid and liquid food products and chemical industries.
