Heartland Robotics Moves Headquarters to Innovation District

Manufacturer of robotic solutions, Heartland Robotics announced that it has moved its headquarters to the Innovation District in the city of Boston. The company is in the process of developing a new range of robots to enhance productivity in the manufacturing environments.

Heartland Robotics is moving its 30 employees to Boston’s Innovation District. The company plans to expand the employee strength to 50 by the end of 2011. The company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Scott Eckert, stated that the company is aggressively developing products to meet the needs of the customer. Eckert added that the company is moving to Innovation District in order to attract high-quality talent.

Heartland Robotics’ move to the Innovation District comes after Vertex Pharmaceuticals, a Cambridge-based company, leased a pair of two towers in the Innovation District.
