Fondy Robotics Joins Vex Robotics International League

The middle school teams of Fondy Heat Robotics joined with Vex Robotics International League after participating in several local contests and exhibitions for last four years.

A regional Vex Robotics contest will be organized at Sabish Middle School. The teams of Fondly Robotics include Campbellsport Middle School, St. Mary's Springs Academy, Sabish, Theisen and Woodworth middle schools.

John Papenheim, Robotics Mentor, has stated that by joining Vex Robotics, they can widen their opportunities to participate in competitions.

Fondy Heat Robotics is focused on encouraging young minds to become pioneers in science and technology by involving them in guidance-based programs. These programs enable them to develop science, engineering and technology skill-sets and to build qualities such as interaction, confidence and headship.

The teams have contended in several local contests and Walleye Weekend events. They also organized various robotics exhibitions throughout the city. Recently, they offered a presentation to the Fond du Lac Board of Education.
