Pure Technologies to Acquire Remote Monitoring Company

Pure Technologies has declared that it has signed a contract with Specialized Technical Services (STS) to acquire the business of STS’ Inspection Division. STS offers inspection and remote monitoring of oil and gas pipelines and water.

Under the agreement, all machinery and ongoing business ventures will come under the ownership of Pure Technologies and will be integrated into the recently-opened Pure Technologies’ Abu Dhabi’s office.

Under the terms of the transaction, Pure will acquire ownership of all of the equipment and work in progress of the business, which will be incorporated into the recently established Abu Dhabi branch office of Pure Technologies.

Jack Elliott, President of Pure Technologies, has stated that they have made a significant step in business augmentation in the GCC region. He mentioned that they have been associated with STS over the last two years for launching their products in  the GCC region. He added that the availability of proficient and skilled technical staff of STS will help them to unravel opportunities for their combined solutions in the market without the requirement of additional functional resources.
