CAS Dataloggers Releases LogMessage System

CAS Dataloggers has released a new LogMessage system to store information for applications like remote monitoring, product analysis, consistency testing, process inspection, error investigation and research and development.

The LogMessage system can be availed in seven configurations, featuring a sampling rate of 1200 Hz. It can include around 30 analog inputs.

The system can be deployed to determine voltage, current, RTD sensors and thermocouple. It avoids the possibility of measurement defects with differential, galvanically-isolated and universal analog inputs. Various configurations of the system provide a group of digital inputs, counters, analog and digital outputs. Calculations, statistics and PID control are enabled by virtual internal channels.

The memory of the LogMessage is 1 GB and it can store a maximum of 128 million data points. An Ethernet LAN interface enables linking of the LogMessage system to a PC for viewing or retrieving the stored data. The system features two serial ports for linking to a modem or other required devices. The measurements, control, computation and alarms can be optimized by means of an in-built DataService software.

ProfiSignal Go software of the device enables both off-line and on-line observation and download data. The software also features several drivers for LabVIEW, DASYLab, Modbus TCP, dot.Net, and an OPC server. It also offers alarm management functions enabling various benefits like email and SMS messaging after accomplishing the stipulated conditions.
