Warp University has announced a respiratory medical training program for the September 2010 batch. It was reported that in South Carolina, the University has further extended its training center in order to start new courses in the areas of Mastery Respiratory Repair, Oxygen Concentrator Repair, Electric Mobility Repair, RESNA certified Training and Exam Prep.
Patrick LaRive, Dean of Schools has stated that they will introduce a new syllabus for Mechanical and Robotics in early 2011 and they are negotiating with Warp University to offer a new program on Robotics therapy. He also expressed his excitement over seeing the students successfully completing the online classes on respiratory mechanical repair and getting transformed as experts in this field of robotics. He added that their laboratories are well equipped to help the students in getting a broader perspective of robotics. He concluded saying that though the courses are mechanical students of ages between 18 and 70 are eligible for this program and those without expertise in mechanical and electrical sectors are preferred.
According to Keith Drum, Admissions Department at WARP University, the robotic courses are strategically designed which enable graduates of any discipline to be trained well enough to meet the standards in the respiratory repair technology.
Lynn LaRive, Founder of Warp University, has observed that upon successful completion of the Respiratory Technician and Sales Mastery programs from the University, students are employed as WARP mobility sellers in the Home medical supply and also as vendors of DME goods in commercial continuing care. Mastery Repertory Technician programs can help the graduates to work as professional Oxygen and Repair Technicians or Durable Medical Goods service technicians. Most of the courses can be completed in six to eight weeks.
