Honeywell and ESI Integrate Products for Remote Monitoring Applications

Honeywell’s HRDP and Fusion product portfolio’s integration with ESI’s alarm receiver front end and video/client server end central station modules enables security installers to provide a complete centrally monitored DVR solution.

The ESI’s video monitoring platform will completely support the remote monitoring solution.

The compatibility permits the security installers to sell Fusion and HRDP solutions to customers who need a centrally monitored system. Thus, central monitoring stations and security installers can return to client locations, where HRDP or Fusion DVRs are used as a standalone solution, and sell an additional monitoring deal based on the software of ESI. This offers security installer a chance to improve customer relationship and decrease churn, as well as get additional revenue.

UK Country Manager at ESI, Paul Dodds commented that the company had spent several months for the integration of its software with Honeywell products for use in remote monitoring. UK Marketing Leader at the Honeywell Security Group, Daniel Wan said that the company’s integration with ESI offers customers option to outsource or to do in-house monitoring as per convenience.
