Jakarta Features World’s Largest Robot House

World Robotic Explorer, world’s largest robot house, was opened in Thamrin City Mall, Jakarta. Robotic technology is offered as an activity -based education in the robot house and the house can accommodate around 255 people.

The robot house was inaugurated by Suharna Surapranata, Minister of Research and Technology. He believed that the new house would be a place of invention, in particular for children. He added that by opening the first-ever robot house, it was expected that there would be considerable increase in quantity and quality of competent experts in technology.

Julia, the Owner of World Robotic Explorer, has mentioned that the robot house includes eight rooms featuring an e-learning center, gallery, trial room, robot shop room and space for workshop and laboratory. In addition, a commercial space for home robot vision is also part of the Robot house.

At the inauguration, around 36 huge robots were displayed.
