EPSON Robots, global supplier of industrial robotics solutions, has declared the establishment of a new office in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The new facility is part of EPSON’s premeditated plan of further extension in South America.
Michael Ferrara, Director of EPSON Robots, expressed his excitement in opening an office in Brazil. He added that the new facility will enable them to offer better service to the rapidly growing South American manufacturing segment in a fashion preferred by their global clients.
Marcos Nora, Business Unit Manager of EPSON Brazil, has stated that the first office in Brazil was opened by their company in 1984 for selling their popular consumer products. He has mentioned that it was a natural advancement for their company to extend its presence in the Brazil market, in particular, in the automation sector. He added that their new facility will enable them to offer demo presentations to their clients, provide training and the required technical support. He said that they are determined to help manufacturers to enhance quality and throughput by using their robot automation.
