Indian Companies to Participate in Hannover Messe Automation Event

Deutsche Messe has declared that Hannover Messe 2011, world’s largest industrial technology event, will include 13 major global trade fairs and will be conducted in a single venue, in Hanover, Germany from April 4 to 8, 2011.

With the market recovery, around 130 Indian companies are likely to participate in this event. The ‘Smart Efficiency’ category includes several intelligent solutions for reducing cost overheads, enhancing process flow and protecting resources. The ‘Metropolitan Solutions’ theme will focus on various technologies for enhancing upcoming city and urban infrastructure.

Wolfgang Pech, Senior Vice President, Deutsche Messe, has stated that Hannover Messe event has been widely preferred by Indian firms to display their new products. He mentioned that the event will be participated by several exhibitors and attendees and every year the Indian pavilion has been improving.

Pech has stated that the CeMAT 2011 event will be conducted at Hannover between May 2 and 6. This event is aimed at ‘sustainability in Intralogistics,’ and features a global CeMAT Forum. This forum will include several global logistics experts and will offer presentations on viable logistics concepts, covering USA, China, India, Brazil and Russia.

According to Sudhir Patil, Managing Director, Hannover Milano Fairs India, Indian firms are emerging in the global market. He stated that organizations have made use of the depression for creating new products for the international market and the event will feature technological innovations from Indian firms.
