Georgia Tech Researchers Develop Robot Nurse

Scientists at Georgia Tech have developed a robot nurse named ‘Cody’ to help aged patients in medical centers automatically by providing them bed baths.

Cody features a camera and a laser interface. The image processing unit locates the body part that has to be cleaned followed by swabbing with minimum force using a cloth.

It was reported that Cody robot can get rid of more than 96% of the debris found on the human skin.
