The global engineering and construction company M+W Group strengthens its capabilities in the automation business. Today the company announced that M+W Automation, a subsidiary of their operations in the Americas, purchased 100 percent of Spectrum Engineering Solutions (Spectrum Engineering Solutions, Inc., Spectrum Robotics, Inc., and Inspect, LLC).
Spectrum Engineering Solutions (SES), a leader in the automation industry for automotive manufacturing, will become the Automotive business unit for M+W Automation in America. As such, it will continue to provide automation design and installations to support the manufacturing process for their clients. Pairing the experience of SES with the core competencies of the M+W Group in facility design and construction will provide this industry with a single point of service for their global needs.
