Intelligrated to Showcase Automated Solutions at PACK EXPO International 2012

Intelligrated, a well-established automated material handling solutions provider at North America will display its range of products at PACK EXPO International 2012 show.

Based on flexible product handling configurations and system design, Intelligrated will highlight an Alvey robotic depalletizer, an Alvey 952-2 hybrid in-line palletizer, and Intelligrated’s mixed-load order fulfillment technologies.

The Alvey 950 hybrid in-line palletizer includes robotic arms incorporated with a conventional high-speed palletizer for enhancing pattern flexibility, enabling quick product changeover and therefore serves to be suitable for reduced secondary packaging applications. The company’s in-booth demonstration will exhibit an Alvey 952-2 integrated to two KUKA robots and improved features for optimized product handling.

Intelligrated’s PACK EXPO booth will showcase its Alvey Robotics solutions portfolio featuring a live robotic depalletizing demonstration. A wide variety of material handling components like standard and custom end-of-arm tooling and robotic arms from several producers have been in-built within Alvey Robotics systems. The Intelligrated booth will also display Fanuc, Motoman, and KUKA articulated arm robots.

Besides highlighting robotic palletizing and depalletizing, Intelligrated will demonstrate its mixed-load order fulfillment system technology and labor-reducing solutions enabling the production of mixed-SKU pallet loads for distribution. Case order picking, automated replenishment, palletizing and warehouse control software, conveyor, high-speed sortation were the components under display.

The solution demonstrations at PACK EXPO International 2012 will take place from October 28-31, 2012 at Chicago.
