Metso to Deliver Tissue Production Line and Automation Package

Metso has reported that it will deliver an entire tissue production line and an automation package to Xinyang Paper for an unrevealed amount.

It was reported that the supply of the production line will be instigated in the final quarter of next year. The details of the tissue production line order is available in the third quarter orders received of the Fiber Technology and most part of the automation package is included in the third quarter orders received of Energy and Environmental Technology.

The entire production line delivery will include stock production machinery and a tissue machine featuring a Yankee cylinder, a reel, a multi-layer headbox, a dust management system and a hood. Metso’s supply also includes their patented pressing technology. Optimization of the tissue production line will be performed for saving energy and also for improving the quality of the final product.

The automation package will include process and integrated drive controls, machine and a quality control system.
