iRobot, known for designing and developing robotic technology-based solutions, recently declared about the company’s strategic rearrangement into three newly structured business units based on military robots, home robots, and emerging technologies.
Home Robots President, Jeffrey Beck was appointed as the chief operating officer and Joseph Dyer will serve as the chief strategy officer.
The three business units of iRobot, directed by Jeffrey Beck functioning as the chief operating officer (COO), will promote the company’s extended growth strategy to be a technological pioneer in automated home maintenance solutions. The chief strategy officer (CSO), Dyer will leverage research and advanced technology development, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic business development.
The Home Robots division in 2011 launched the iRobot Ava mobile robotics platform besides presenting Roomba 700 series and the Scooba 230 floor washing robot.
