CoroWare Signs Prototype Design and Development Agreement for Mobile Robot Services

CoroWare has recently declared that its division CoroWare Technologies has entered into a consulting agreement with Man Made Machines to perform design and development services of mobile robotics for a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program.

According to the president of Man Made Machines, Arasch Lagies, the company anticipates operating with CoroWare for designing and constructing a model of mobile robot for SBIR. The company has been provided with excellent support from CoroWare for mechanical design, project coordination. Its unique prototype development capabilities will contribute to the company’s anticipated milestone.

Since five years, the Robotics and Automation business unit of CoroWare has been offering custom robotics engineering services to manufacturers of telepresence robots, government integrators, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) and corporate researchers. CoroWare has delivered efficient and cost-effective capabilities for custom robot design, mobile robot simulation, robotic applications development, complex data visualization, and systems architecture and design.

The president and CEO of CoroWare, Lloyd Spencer says that the company will perform an innovative operation to design and prototype mobile platform for SBIR program, following its contract achievement with Man Made Machines. This agreement will also inspire Man Made Machines to achieve its long-anticipated targets.

CoroWare has been providing mobile robotics products, solutions and consulting services to its customers globally, since 2004. It is based in Kirkland, Washington and has been distinguished as an innovative mobile robotics solutions integrator in the research field owing to its proficiency in robotics simulation, Robotic Operating System (ROS), and application development.
