Health Robotics, a supplier of intravenous medication robots, has achieved yet another record trimester in the fourth quarter of 2011. Last year, the company decided to switch its plans to directly handle its customer operations in main important countries and ended contracts with under-performing suppliers.
The company’s record sales and marketing results in 2011 comprised 101 contracts, which were awarded in the fiscal year 2011 and 44 contracts in the fourth quarter of 2011, reaching more than 250 total installations across the globe which is 10 times more IV Robots installations when compared to all its global competitors
Health Robotics' Board Member and Executive Vice President, Gaspar DeViedma said that the year 2011 was a significant milestone for the company in taking the IV Automation mainstream in the US, and raising USD $20 million in revenues. The company’s tremendous success in customer satisfaction and marketing was achieved by changing its business strategies to direct sales in Italy, Holland and Belgium and also by replacing McKesson and Devon in the USA.
The 44 new contracts signed in the fourth quarter of 2011 included 6 i.v.STATION, 8 CytoCare, 26 i.v.SOFT, 1 i.v.STATION ONCO and 3 OMMs at Candler Hospital in Savannah, St. Joseph Hospital in Savannah, University of Chicago Medical Center, Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston, Beijing Union City Hospital, Bolzano General Hospital, Beijing Military 302 Hospital, Bursa Oncology Hospital, Asolo Hospital in Montebelluna, Èeské Budìjovice Hospital in Czech Republic and Istanbul Oncology Hospital, amongst others.
