There is an increasing demand among caregivers and families of senior citizens for a fall detection devices like the myHalo, which is highly effective in handling emergency situations.

Manual fall detection systems or personal emergency response systems (PERS) do not have an impressive success rate in reporting falls of the elderly to save lives. myHalo automatic alarm scores over such manual systems by eliminating the need for pushing a button for reporting a fall. One of the users of the myHalo system explained that the device immediately communicated to the myHalo call center as soon as he had a fall. And within a matter of seconds the call center was communicating with him to make sure he was doing ok and was not in a critical state after the fall. The CEO of Halo Monitoring stressed on the quick response time of the myHalo in responding to a fall and also added that the company was constantly working on improving their products for the well-being of senior citizens.
