ABS Capital has awarded $25 million to RedZone Robotic for expanding its business and the geographic reach of its products.
Two general partners from ABS will now be part of the Board of Directors of RedZone as a result of this funding. The CEO of RedZone pointed out the importance of having a cost conscious solution to suit the wastewater infrastructural demands of municipalities. He added that by having a thorough understanding of the system, it is possible to build a cost effective waste water management system.
Some of the primary constraints faced by wastewater managers are limited technology, insufficient time, funding and resources. It has been estimated by the EPA that in the next two decades, U.S will have to spend as much as $150 million for the upkeep of the aging wastewater management systems in order to maintain the present service levels. The best option will be to adopt new wastewater management solutions. RedZone has a proven track record of providing cost effective, comprehensive and centralised wastewater management systems. They provide world class robotic inspection technologies that are supported by advanced software for data analysis. RedZone solutions guarantee savings on money and time by providing useful information about the environment. The general partner from ABS recognised the need for good quality inspection systems to serve municipalities and regarded the solutions offered by RedZone to be highly efficient in addressing this need.
