2010 Military Robotics Conference to Highlight Unmanned Robotics

Military Robotics conference titled “Revolutionizing Military Operations with Unmanned Land and Naval Robotics” will be held at San Diego, between November 3 and 4, 2010. This conference will be organized by the Technology Training Organization.

It was reported that around 23 eminent robotic experts from ARCIC, ARDEC, MCWL/MCCDC, PEO-LMW, RSJPO, TRADOC, TARDEC, ONR/USN, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Qinetiq, iRobot, HDT Engineered Technologies, API Technologies, Recon Robotics, Contineo Robotics, TORCTECH, Vecna Robotics and RE2 will participate in this conference.

The various topics to be analyzed by these experts include recent robotic platforms and programs, various enhancements in payloads including UGVs, UUVs and autonomous vehicles, upcoming challenges, purchase requirements, military market opportunities, effects of unmanned naval and land robotics on  future combat operations, latest methods of counter terrorism and possible strategies for SpecOps and inter-border security.
