Wynn Las Vegas to Feature International Robotic Urology Symposium 2011

International Robotic Urology Symposium, the largest conference for medical robotics, will be hosted by the Henry Ford Vattikuti Urology Institute and the Vattikuti Foundation at Wynn Las Vegas from January 13 to 16 2011.

This international symposium will connect global leaders in the area of robotics including pediatric urologists, hospital administrators, technicians, nurses, physician assistants, residents and operating room managers who are involved in robotic surgery and alternative treatments for prostate diseases.

Robotic surgery experts will offer discussions on the strategies, outcomes and innovative methods which utilize robotic technology. The conference will also feature various presentations and meetings focusing on kidney, bladder, prostate and pediatrics and also on various alternative treatment methods of prostate cancer.

Alumni session will also be a part of the conference, emphasizing how people have instigated their own programs in robots and the various methods adopted by them for career enhancement.

It was reported that the robotic procedures like Robotic Radical Prostatectomy, Robotic Adrenalectomy, Robotic Partial Nephrectomy, Robotic Nephro-ureterectomy.

Robotic Prostatectomy, Robotic Single Port, Radical Nephrectomy, Pediatric Robotic Procedure and Partial Nephrectomy performed in hospitals of India, US and South Korea will be live telecasted on all the four days of the conference, thereby enabling the participants to examine the distinct variations in robotic technique.
