The robots can be monitored by connecting smartphones to it. In this way,the robots build a wireless network. Developers said that the products that utilize the wireless-network-control technology will be introduced this summer. It will also be compatible with all smartphone operating systems.

Other robots that gained attention included the ones that danced and performed stunts like headstands. Each section of the robot could be managed individually by a laptop.

Another project aimed at controlling a toy car using a tablet. The tablet's accelerometer monitored the toy car. When the tablet was tilted, the toy moved accordingly in the same direction. The tablet-controlled toy car’s exhibitor stated that even children could program the car as it uses a simple software.
