SICK, leading provider of machine vision, sensors, and automated recognition products for industrial and logistics automation segments, has declared the release of the Inspection Viewer. It is a small, real-time, touch-sensitive monitor, offering the latest inspecting and trend determining abilities for Inspector Vision Sensors, which are next to the manufacture line.
Inspection Viewer enables users to quickly get data regarding multiple monitoring for enhancing volume and quality. The product can be used in packaging and food industries for monitoring label supervision and logo confirmation either through live or recorded images.
The new monitor can be used to supervise the outcomes of every extensive inspection tool, offering quick and pictorial response to the line operators. It enables users to view real-time live images without the requirement of a PC and it also allows them to view and record stored images based on specific standards. The reference image can be quickly reeducated to manage batch swapping.
Image re-teach enables users to easily accommodate small changes in manufacture. Configurations can be quickly saved and exported between Inspectors, facilitating several pre-established supervisions. This enhances the performance of all Inspectors to deal with bigger ranges of products. Images can be incessantly saved from the Inspector on the Viewer Save images to an on-board small flash drive with a capacity to save around 23,000 images. All inspectors on the same network can be supervised from a single location and system.
